Frugalstepsgroup provides estimated return ranges based on historical data, but these are not guaranteed. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before investing.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Fees & Charges
Management fees range from 0.5% to 1.5% annually depending on your selected plan. Fees are calculated daily and deducted monthly from your portfolio. Withdrawal fees may apply for Standard plan members. All fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm any investment.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any illegal activities, market manipulation, money laundering, or fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activities and report such activities to relevant authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Frugalstepsgroup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount of management fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
